Sessions with The Grounded Medium require advance notice to cancel or reschedule.
Full refund: Cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled session for a full refund.
Inside 3 days: Cancellations made within 3 days of the session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: There is no self-service rebooking option. To reschedule, email info@thegroundedmedium.com.
No-shows: Missed sessions without notice are treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
