Cancel at least 3 days before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days, and no-shows, are non-refundable. There's no self-service rebooking — to reschedule, email info@thegroundedmedium.com. Readings are for entertainment purposes only. Full details on the Policies page.

Why can't I just book a package here?
A package is a deeper commitment than a single reading, so Mandy likes to connect with you first to make sure it's the right fit before you commit.
How do I get started?
Fill out the short mentorship application and share a bit about what you're looking for. Mandy will follow up personally.
What happens after I reach out?
Once it feels like a good fit, Mandy will send you a private booking link where you'll choose your package (4 or 6 sessions, Zoom or in person), pick your first date, and set a recurring cadence — every 2, 3, or 4 weeks — for the rest of your sessions. Payment for the full package happens at that time.
