Please read before booking a session.
Sessions with The Grounded Medium require advance notice to cancel or reschedule.
Full refund: Cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled session for a full refund.
Inside 3 days: Cancellations made within 3 days of the session are non-refundable.
No-shows and late arrivals: Sessions begin at the scheduled time and are held for 15 minutes. Arriving after that window, or not attending at all, is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable — regardless of the reason, and regardless of when you're able to let me know.
Rescheduling: There is no self-service rebooking option. To reschedule, email info@thegroundedmedium.com at least 3 days before your session.
